Did you contact management to see if they are talking of raising money soon?
OK of they buy shares, I guess tehy dont necessarly plan to dilute themselves, but sill a question based on their little amount of cash

I did not get the sense that they want to raise money, but the stock was around $10.00 when I spoke with them. I would expect them to raise some capital at some point, but still at a higher valuation than here. I’ll also take a closer look at the bookings.
