Call(s) to Action:

CBAK ($3.78) – Q3 SEC filing provides more color on CBAK’s current financial state, disclosing that it lost its primary operating assets to foreclosure proceedings. The company is essentially approaching  zero cash ($272,115)  negative equity of $19.5 million and a current ratio of 0.06.  Although the company reports Q3 sales of $47.9 million, Q4 revenues will likely be close to zero.  We believe this filing supports our short thesis we published on 7/22/2014, “Loan Default And Foreclosure Bring China BAK Battery’s Solvency And Viability Into Question” . May look to add to our short position.
