Mr. David will be featured on a panel called “Short Sellers: Behind the Veil“; the panel includes Chinese CEOs questioning a panel of “fraud hunters”, and the event seeks to address key concerns of Chinese CEOs and CFOs

GeoInvesting, LLC (“GeoInvesting” or “Geo”), a research company that specializes in providing high quality insights on equities both in the China and U.S. spaces, today announced that its co-founder, Dan David, will be an expert panelist at the Marcum, Bernstein & Pinchuk, LLP (“Marcum”) Global Leadership Forum on August 27, 2015. The event takes place at the Aman at the Summer Palace in Beijing, China.

In addition to Mr. David’s panel, “Short Sellers: Behind the Veil,” the forum will feature topics such as “IPO War Stories,” “Comeback Stories,” and “Delist, Relist, or Stay the Course,” which focuses on whether or not companies should delist from U.S. exchanges to move to the China A Share Market.

GeoInvesting is considered one of the leaders in China due diligence, with over a dozen companies delisted due to material misrepresentations or outright fraud on the part of the company.

GeoInvesting Co-Founder and Vice President Dan David stated, “I look forward to the opportunity to have a back and forth dialogue with China based CEOs and CFOs.” He continued, “They’ll receive nothing but honest answers from me and I’ll press them for the same.”

Mr. David was previously a panelist at the 2015 Marcum Microcap Conference, as well as the 2015 Offshore Alert Conference in Miami, Florida. His speaking resume also includes the 2013 China Leaders Forum and his next appearance will be in November at the Offshore Alert Conference in London. Mr. David has been quoted as a China stock expert in various publications over 100 times and has lobbied congress for change in how the U.S. works with China based equities.
