GeoInvesting issued a small note midday on Thursday on Delek US Holdings (DK). We pointed out that although it was not mentioned in the company’s earnings press release, out on February 23rd, the company’s 10-K mentioned that DK was under an ongoing SEC investigation.

Investigation Buried in Delek US Holdings 10-K

The investigation, disclosed only “buried” in the text of the 10-K, has been ongoing since December of 2014 and revolves around internal financial controls and previous financial re-statements that took place in 2011 and 2012.
