Shell Activity - Research

The GeoTeam believes that it is important to track activity that results in Chinese companies trading in the United States financial markets.  This commonly occurs through either transactions with blank-check companies or  reverse merger transactions with non-operating shell companies.  Both of these events are less expensive alternatives for firms to go public when compared to the traditional Initial Public Offering (IPO).

In the Shell Activity Research Section, the GeoTeam will offer details on selected Chinese firms going through Blank Check or Reverse Merger Transactions.
