Sino Shipping Holdings Through became public via a share exchange transaction on March 31 2008.

our two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Yongchen and Hengzhou, we provide maritime transportation services through the commercial operation of our fleet of owned and in-chartered vessels. We specialize in transporting minor bulk commodities, including log and forest products, iron and steel products, fertilizer, agricultural products, cement and palm oil, and basic chemical and petrochemical products in China and Southeast Asia.

Our fleet consists of four shallow-draft bulk carriers and one oil/chemical tanker. We have entered into agreements to acquire two additional chemical tankers that currently are under construction.
