China Baicaotang Medicine (Baicaotang) is South Western China’s leading company in drug distribution and retailing. We conduct our wholesale business by purchasing from suppliers of pharmaceutical products and then distributing them to our wholesale customers, including hospitals, retail drug stores, other pharmaceutical wholesalers, clinics, medical centers, and individuals.

Retail Business

Located in Liuzhou City, Guangxi province, and established in 2001, Baicaotang Retail operates what we believe to be one of the largest regional wholesale networks in Guangxi province, consisting of 66 directly owned retail stores in Guangxi province under the registered name “Baicaotang白草堂.” Our retail stores provide high-quality convenient and professional pharmaceutical service, and supply a wide variety of medicines, including western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, dried Chinese herbal medicine, roughly processed Chinese herbal medicine, family planning products, and seasonal medicine.

Hefeng Pharmaceutical

Located in Donglan District, Guangxi province and built on approximately 40,000 square meters of land owned by the Company, Hefeng Pharmaceutical was established in 1970 as a state-owned company and was privatized in 2006. Hefeng Pharmaceutical operates four (4) product units: (1) Chinese herbal medicine abstraction unit for raw material and medicine paste with 100 tons of annual abstraction capacity; (2) granular formulation unit with an annual production
