most restaurants in the US in general, are unsafe to eat at, and i cannot name ONE person that has not gotten sick at one time or another from bad food practices.  eating out is for young people, with intact digestive systems that can handle all the bacteria loads you ingest, but for also all the butter, salt and oil they use!!

im sure you will post a video of some gross stuff, but i guarantee you, you could film those same images in any kitchen in the US i just think its a little inflammatory of an email and not sure the food practices are cultural, standard operating procedure in China, or illegal.  of course investor sentiment has nothing to do with gastronomical reality. 

using bare hands to process meat is perfectly acceptable if proper sanitary procedures are followed. 

not really sure what that email was about this afternoon from geo about CCSC.  I have worked in restaraunts all my life, and all (5) of the concerns listed are non-events, except for recycled oil from used foods; which is wierd.  i did not look at the video as the link doesnt work for me, but the wording of email is suspect.

CNTF - that YT vid of the gorilla phone had me in stitches.  I am very interested not only in this company, but i want one of those phones! Any progress on this one?
