MACHINING & STAMPING

Machining. As a China based machining products supplier, Worldwide has a strict material inspection lab, and a rigid inspection process to assure that products meet customers' requirements. Our redesign capability and several CNC equipped shops allow us to produce product with very tight tolerances and high surface finish requirements.

Extrusion. Worldwide's extrusion facilities can produce parts of varied shapes from solid round, rectangular, to L shapes, T shapes, tubes, etc. This has been largely spread in the automotive, aircraft structures, construction applications, such as window frames, railings and etc.

Stamping. Stamping is the largest product line of Worldwide. We have in China 8 large stamping factories that have both mechanical and Hydraulic presses. Our factories own tooling and plating shops that produce difficult tools at a short lead time. In addition, the internal finish disposing workshops, such as plating, annealing, power coating, PVD allow us to meet all kinds of customers' surface finish requirements.

FOUNDRY
Worldwide's Foundry Department provides high end finished foundry products to meet all kinds of customers' requirements. We have not only well trained engineers in California headquarter and our Shanghai subsidiary, but also high capacity of production line associated with tooling and machine capability.

Die-Casting. Worldwide has successfully supplied a broad field of difficult aluminum and zinc die casting products in the industries of aerospace, wireless telecommunication, automotive and some other commercial products.

Investment Casting. Worldwide has supplied a variety of investment casting (loss wax) parts for the U.S. airplane manufacturer in the needs of all kinds of electrical and wire connectors, which are built by investment casting process. After machine process, Investment casting has delivered the best result to meet the high strength needs for the particular requirement. we also supply automotive blocks and brackets, etc.

Plastic. Worldwide supplies Medical, Fiber Optics, and electronics related enclosures, accessories with all different material requirement. GE material also available in China so that we can easily to meet USA customer's needs . Also Worldwide has a strong plastic injection mold facility to design and build the engineering structures to accomplish the finish in a very short lead-time.

Sand Casting. Worldwide has large capacity to build sand casting parts in a relatively lower price. We have supplied for automotive (especially trucking system), lift equipment, etc.

FORGING
Forging process is consistent from piece to piece, without any of the porosity, voids, inclusions and other defects. Forgings yield parts that have high strength that we currently have this built for automotive, machine, and wire holders, etc.

Electronics. Worldwide is your knowledgeable, experienced source for turnkey contract assembly, test, cost reduction, and product improvement for your electronic and electro-mechanical products. We can go from printed circuit board to final build as well as, test, burn in, package and ship your products. Worldwide works hard to give customers unbeatable prices, performances, and deliveries with a winning attitude. PC Board Fabrication and Assembly. We offer PCB fabrication design and all kinds of boards from one side to double sides and one layer to multi-layers at a very competitive price. Worldwide provides one stop solution/service to established OEMs and start up entrepreneurs, with strong emphasis on concept to reality/product design, electronic circuit design, electronic assembly including pcb assembly, box build and plastic injection molding. With capability to produce rapid turn PCB assembly, in prototype through medium volume quantities, Worldwide stands well positioned to help the OEMs and Start Up entrepreneurs bring their products to the market quickly. We turn around a highly complex, highly populated PCB assembly quickly or complete an injection mold design and fabrication, including prototype plastic sample in 3 weeks. * PC Boards(single/double-sided, and multi-layered) * PC Boards Assembly (SMT thought-hole consigned & turnkey operations)

Coils. Worldwide offers both standard and custom coils built to the highest UL standards. We offer a complete line of standard and application specific coils, enabling us to serve a number of major markets including switching power supply, electronics, computer and telecommunications.
