Safe Cig produces electronic cigarette products, including refills and accessories that are available pursuant to a Private Label Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement with VaporBrands, Inc. Safe Cig is a leading developer and manufacturer of proprietary electronic cigarette products and with its new Aurora(TM) technology, offers an alternative to smoking tobacco cigarettes. The product has no smoke, tar or ash and it does not have a bad smell like tobacco cigarettes while containing about the same amount of nicotine as a pack of traditional tobacco cigarettes. The products contain only four ingredients as opposed to the many chemicals associated with the harmful effects of traditional cigarettes. Under the agreements, Safe Cig will brand and package the electronic cigarette products using its technology and the third party customers furnished trademark(s) for sales that will take place outside of the United States of America.
