China Growth Development (PINK:CGDI)

As former shareholder of CGDI I was alarmed by the last quarterly report (and sold my shares at a good profit). Management seemed to me to be highly effective in diverting the vast bulk of income into its own pockets with just crumbs remaining for common shareholders. Neither the high asset values nor a large surplus from rent collection will necessarily ever benefit investors with this management calling the shots. Further acquisitions and development of additional centers will serve to put a vision in front of unsuspecting buyers of the stock, but I would not count on any substantial growth of eps over the years.
