Company Description

We are a holding company that, through our wholly-owned Chinese subsidiary Nuosen and our variable interest entity (“VIE”) Hongri Metallurgy, produces and sells steel plate, bar and billet in China. We have a strategic relationship with Wu’an Yuanbaoshan Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (“YBS Group”), a multi-industrial conglomerate, which, among other things, is engaged in the production of pig iron, cement, and the operation of a gas power plant.
