(the “Company”) (OTCBB: BRND), a company in the business of creating, acquiring and marketing consumer packaged goods, today announced that the Company has signed an exclusive Marketing and Distribution agreement with Make ME Drinks, Inc., a nutritional supplement company and developer of Make ME^® Vitamins.

Premier Brands has been retained to develop and execute a marketing strategy for the Make ME^® Vitamins brand, a vitamin supplement and energy booster powder mix. The Company also has the exclusivity to distribute the brand throughout the U.S. in retail distribution such as supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores and through direct response marketing.

Make ME^® Vitamins 1,000 mg of Vitamin C is designed specifically to provide the body with a balanced blend of powerful nutrients, antioxidants and electrolytes while delivering a great tasting orange drink. The minerals and vitamins contained in the product is designed for the body’s daily functions that need vitamin C.
