"we", "us", or the "Company") through its operating subsidiary, Chaoyang Liaogang Special Steel Co., Ltd. ("Chaoyang Liaogang"), a corporation organized under the laws of The People's Republic of China, is engaged in the business of manufacturing tungsten carbide steel, stainless steel, and die steel. All of Chaoyang Liaogang's business is currently in China. On October 9, 2007, the Company changed its name to American Wenshen Steel Group, Inc. (10QSB, period ending Dec. 31, 2007)
