Arkson Nutraceuticals Corp (OTC BB:AKSN)

Arkson Nutraceuticals Corp. (the "Company"), was incorporated in the state of Delaware on October 2, 1998. The Company was organized to manufacture and sell a broad range of natural health food supplements. The Company currently has no operations and, in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standard (SFAS) No. 7, "ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING BY DEVELOPMENT STAGE ENTERPRISES," is considered a development stage enterprise.

Its activities to date have been limited to capital formation, organization, development of its business plan, and discussions with representatives of private label manufacturers and wholesale buyers of natural supplements.
